You will need:
- Active Florida real estate license.
- Motivation, discipline, and focus to exceed your current earnings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to work as a team and/or desire to build your own team.
- Desire to work within a national brokerage platform.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic”
